Your trash and recycling cans must be stored so that they are not visible from the front of your home.  Parking your car in front of them, while a strategic alternative, is also not permissible. Please store the can on the side or back of your home, or in your garage.

The board has established an email address for everyone to use to contact us so that you will not have to remember individual email addresses.  This address can be used for ARB requests and general requests of the board.  In addition, we will make our best efforts to email you from this address so you can distinguish our communications from general neighborhood emails/requests.  The address is: lakeshorehoamtp@gmail.com.

According to our covenants, Lakeshore does not permit overnight street parking.  Exceptions are made for short term guests, but not Lakeshore residents. Please also be reminded that vehicles may not be parked on the grass.

Please remember there is no pond swimming or wading allowed for neighbors or their furry friends.  We also cannot allow fishing because the lines get tangled in the fountains. Use of the Lake must comply with the Hidden Lakes Use  Agreement above.  All watercraft must have decals. Please see the Documents Page or contact the Lakeshore HOA Board if you require further information

We love our four-legged friends in Lakeshore!  Please be reminded Mount Pleasant has a leash law for cats and dogs.

Please pick up after your K-9 children.  For those of you who are new to the neighborhood, there are doggie waste bags located at the pool for your convenience.  While your neighbors understand accidents happen, please make your best effort to be prepared for such an occasion.

To make the pool an enjoyable place for all, please follow a few simple rules:

  • All guests must be accompanied by a Lakeshore resident
  • Be safe, no lifeguard is on duty. No diving is permitted, watch children, and no glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
  • Please discard trash and recyclables, straighten the furniture before you leave and turn down the umbrella at the end of the day.
  • Please do not leave floats or noodles at the pool.
